What Happens to Pakistani Airlines Airplane A320?

I hope you all have heard about the incident about Pakistani airline's A320 crashed today which was going Lahore to Karachi. A RT communication claimed that it was a technical problem in the airplane.

What was the technical Issue?

Radio Communication of Pilot's of PIA 8303 claimed all the technical reason why this incident happened which we are going to describe you.

When the airplane was on its approach on the Karachi airport, Pilot's said that the are safe and at 3500 ft of altitude and maintaining ILS Runway 25 L, but within the RT communication, i heard a sound (tin ,tin ,tin) this sound was more like ENGINE FIRE or FAILURE. 

And at 2000 ft altitude Pilots mentioned that they have lost both the engine, the engines were not working that means the hydraulics were also fail, because of that hydraulic power was not able to extend the landing gears and pilots try to make belly landing.

But, thrust was not enough, so they might be out of their 3 degree glide path and again mentioning thrust was not enough, so engines might not be able to propel the airplane forward, so the airplane did not able to reach the runway and Airplane fell down on the large buildings just before the airport.
